A break from house hunting...
We went to federation square to see one of the nights of a month long performance
We stood with a crowd of people, waiting for it to be showtime...
At federation square, there's a big cloth poster of the days of christmas
Where it's a countdown to christmas day...
Is a mix of clowns attached to wires and a clever use of multimedia animated projection.
I thought it was performed very well. The two clowns in the photos were actually suspended from wires and acting with a flat screen..
After that, we went to Crown casino. They had put up the christmas decorations
What I like about the decorations here (especially festive decorations) was the fact that every new hour, there'll be a show of sorts..

There's even a hidden santa claus. He appeared after the merry go round moved.
Lots of different things to see..
The presents on the tree revealed to be where puppets will pop out..
The music is pretty loud so you might want to reduce the volume..
