Kya~ness Day

What’s a kya~!? The best explanation for it would be it’s a fan-girl scream… To those who don’t know what a fan-girl scream is, you need to attend concerts or at least watch anime. Educate yourself. Hahaha~! Kidding!

Anyway, as an overall today was a good day. For one, Thursday is the day when I have my afternoon classes. Normally I’m able to wake later but I was sent on an assignment mission~!

I was set out to take some photographs for my subject; internship. It was such a beautiful day for a photography session like this. It’s just that it was really, really sunny and hot.

I had to ignore Mr. Sun shining bright in the sky. I was focusing on how to compose the shot. I still need lots and lots of practice…

It was very nice to be able to go into Taylors once more after 3 years. I don’t know if alumni of Taylors students are allowed to go into the building… I was extremely lucky to bump into my most favourite lecturer during my SAM programme. She still remembered me after 3 years. I was so happy~! [got her email add]

Being able to come back after a while, you’ll learn to appreciate things that you see for granted. Like they say, you don’t know what you lost until you lose it. This classroom was used for my IT classes.. kinda small if you ask me.

This shot looks messy with plants growing everywhere. This is the Courtyard, the place where I used to stay back and study or do homework from after class (3pm) until 7pm.

Often I did IT and specialist maths homework here. Chris frequently kept me company and he’s the one who makes me go home when it’s too dark to study. I do miss those days. The One Academy doesn’t have a nice, greenery place for me to study.

This road used to be a two way road but recently they changed it to become a one way road. I used to walk this road often to have lunch with my friends or to go buy books.

After a ride down memory lane [loud braking sound], I went back to taking photos of subang jaya landmarks.. I really enjoy photography above all the art stuff I’ve learnt over the years.

Speaking of landmarks, this photo is a landmark for Puiyee & I use to identify which road Bard lives at. So if they decide to break down the wall and build another wall.. we can’t find our way to Bard’s house anymore… well, we’ll just take longer than usual.

Landmarks are important to me because I’m bad with directions & instructions. I can’t really read a map either. I took my father’s advice to heart; “if you’re going to get lost, get lost on a full tank.” Hehe~!

What else was my kya-ness today? Apart from the beautiful morning and meeting with my most favourite teacher, I chatted with two of more of my teachers this morning and I had a good dinner and tea with Puiyee. All good days have to come to an end… Now it’s the 3rd and it’s my younger sis birthday. Happy birthday, Kitsune (means fox in Japanese)~! Cheers.
